This FREE program strives to promote healthy lifestyles and physical activities. Through this initiative, health workers and client navigators provide exercises, health education, workshops, field trips and technology training to seniors (ages 55 and older).

Come get moving again with us! Every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. This is a fun way to get up, get out, and get moving with the community. This event is open to all seniors ages 55 and older. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
